We will ensure consistent, professional and friendly communication with one main point of contact throughout all your works, ensuring that you can always talk to someone who knows and understands your works.Post-ConstructionThe last step in any build. Tony and his team did an excellent job transforming our downstairs toilet. From the start, Tony was honest and clear about pricing and timescales, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication throughout was fantastic, especially coordinating builders, plumbers, electricians and decorators on different days. The quality of work was completed to a very high standard, including tiling, wallpapering and fitting the new toilet and sink. We had one small issue with some tiling, but it was resolved quickly the next day. We’re extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommen

Professional and great standard

We hired A R Building Service to revamp our en suite bathroom and the team were professional from start to finish.  The old en suite was inspected and a detailed quote was provided, with clear instructions on what would be required from a labour standpoint, as well as materials.  The job was done on time and the building team were incredibly friendly, providing clear guidance on what was being done as the en suite revamp took shape.  Couldn't be happier with the result, highly recommend!

Amazing professional house refurb

Tony and his team did extensive building works to our bungalow which had an array of damp (wall, ceiling and floor) issues in the bathrooms and bedrooms.  From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Tony was professional, efficient and reliable.  He was also easy to communicate with and open to discussing changes and took the time to explain the process.

We highly recommend him for any project, big or small.

Tony completed extensive outside works to our property. He met with us initially, agreed a price, schedule of works and specification. 
Tony was friendly and approachable throughout. He always answered the phone when we called him. 
Tony takes pride in his work and all work was completed to a very high standard. The project took a little longer than expected due to weather constraints as he completed the work over the winter.

I found Mr Thomas a most affable and honest gentleman. Prompt to start work and exceptionally hard working, I actually worried that he was overdoing it. All his work has been completed to a very high standard. I am exceptionally impressed and would not hesitate to recommend him or have him back to do other works.
