I booked for someone to come and look and give a quote for what I wanted done, he booked me in and never showed up!!!  I called and texted but no answer or message back!  When I sent the text, a reply came back saying ‘this is automated message’..which makes no sense and isn’t even proper English!!  
If you didn’t want to do the job or can’t because you’re too busy then why string me along?? Absolute useless!  Waste of time!!

Home office

We needed a total refurbishment of our back garden, including levelling, block paving down the side of the house, brick wall, artificial grass and a patio area.  Jim and Tom advised us on how to make the garden look very stylish.  Communication was second to none, and the work was completed to the very best standard.  It was a pleasure to work Jim, Tom and team.  I will have no hesitation to use this company for my 2nd Patio, and front driveway in the very near future.  Thank you…great Team.

New kitchen extension.  Thanks for our new kitchen we can’t thank you enough!  Points to note quality workmanship, tidiness and the best communication skills I’ve yet to experience with tradesmen.  We will absolutely use again for any future projects!

I had Artisan back after completing my extension to do my block paved driveway including drainage to meet with building regs.  I must say after having my second experience of them I am equally impressed, they operate like a well oiled machine.  The communication is second to none something I have never had with other builders!  Workmanship is professional and tidiness was exceptional.

I had plans drawn up and took the architects recommendation to use Artisan.  They were very knowledgeable of oranergrie type extensions and this gave me great confidence in hiring them!  They actually communicate with you and keep you up to date on your project, keep a clean and tidy site and produce quality workmanship.
