Before that I was employed for many years by a well respected company as a decorator, where I gathered years of experience in all aspects of decorating, including works to listed and period properties. Joe decorated our kitchen. We are very happy with the finished work which is flawless. He was very professional and courteous.  He communicated and updated me at all stages from his visit, estimate and day of arrival . He covered everything  from the units and flooring to protect them prior to painting.  On completion he tidied up and left everything clean and tidy. 
I would recommend Joe for good quality , professional work and will be using him again.
