A time was arranged on the day, and he came within 15 minutes of the time. Job was assessed and done in five minutes. The swan's neck is fixed! And so no more outdoor shower.

I posted the job to hang an overmantle mirror above the fireplace. Austin called me promptly. It was a bank holiday and he came in person to access the work and then completely the job promptly immediately. Friendly and helpful service. Will use again.
