Large single-storey extension with underfloor heating through out, aluminum windows and Neptune Kitchen. This project was undertaken and completed by Avant-Garde Construction and Avant-Garde Plumbers teams. We are extremely proud of how it came out at the end. We had number of challenges along the way, but none too difficult to manage. Special thank you to: South Coast Steel for providing us with beams and balustrade and to Lee Lewis Electrical Ltd for wire the whole extension.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen extension, built by Avant-Garde Construction at our home.

The project wasn’t the easiest – with tricky access through a narrow pathway, some challenging neighbours, and a tight garden space to work in. But from start to finish, the Avant-Garde team handled everything brilliantly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always respectful, tidy, and professional on site.

They managed the whole build, start to finish.. The attention to detail and quality of finish.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avant-Garde and would gladly use them again.

Kitchen Rear Extension – Lewes

We had the pleasure of Lukas and his team completing a first floor bedroom extension with en suite, and porch this year (not an easy feat in the middle of a pandemic!!) Their professionalism and workmanship was amazing throughout,and we are really pleased with the outcome.  Nothing was too much trouble, and we were able to add additional works to the project as we went along, with everything coming in on budget.  We would definitely recommend them for any building project you have, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.  Thanks to all the team!
