Floor repair was very well done, plumbers had ripped it up to fix a leak. fitter did a good job even getting the trim back in place even though it was snapped in places.

Recently had our floorboards sanded and varnished by Shawn and we are very pleased with the results. He was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. He transformed tired, worn, darkaline floorboards into a beautiful smooth finish that has completely changed the look of our room by completing the work to a very high standard. I would highly recommend.

I had my wood floor refinished by B&E Younger. Very pleased with the outcome. Guys arrived prompt and at the time agreed. They were very professional and polite at all times. The work area was maintained in a clean and safe manner. Once the job was complete, the work area was left clean and tidy. Not much more i could ask for, really. Also, excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Wood Floor Finishing

Discussed the work with Brian on the phone who gave a very competitive quote and broke down further if any further work need doing, in case. On the day as planned, Shawn turned up for the work who worked diligently and worked like an one man army and finished laminating the whole room in under 2 hours (not exaggerating). Shawn also advised to use quality beading as compared to the one I bought from Wickes which he had explained in length what's going to be like in future as he had shown the one I have already had in the house. So we changed accordingly and all parties happy. Very happy.

I got floor sanding and sealing done in 5 different rooms. Brian and Shawn did an amazing job and were able to start the work extremely quickly. 

I am in disbelief at the end result, especially looking at how some of my floorboards started out! I highly recommend

Floor sanding

We had an issue with our old flooring which was affected by water ingress. After the initial contact I was very happy with the advice that Brian offered as he tried to guide me through the remedial work. After a short period I asked Brian to arrange removal of the old floor, repair of the subfloor and fitting of the new flooring. Theroughout the process I was very happy with the friendly advice and afterwards the quality of the finished work. We are very happy with our floor and would be happy to recommend B & E Younger for any such work.
