Fixed front door lock

The guys were brilliant, punctual and gave me a price for the full job before they came rather than it could be this or could be that which as a customer is the reason I picked them.  The job was done in half an hour even with my 2 dogs trying to get their attention! 

As a bonus the fixed an issue with my front door lock completely free of charge, 100% would use them again and would recommend the to others

Excellent service  from Beckwith Locks  they contacted me a short time after I asked for help with my safe and Gary called out first thing next day. He sorted the problem with my safe within a short time. He was a very pleasant man, he  respected my property and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Door handle was jamming, contacted Gary and sent video of what was happening, he informed it was possibly an issue with the mechanism rather than the lock, price and date confirmed, Gary did a brilliant job, kept me informed and even came a day earlier than was arranged due to him having availability
