Came and did the job and did a fantastic job, not only installing the new boiler but making good on some boxing that needed to be removed to get access to the pipework. Efficient & friendly. We received a confirmation on the day with the engineer’s expected arrival time to service our boiler and hot water cylinder. Joel arrived promptly and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the visit.
