We have used John on 2 separate occasions, for a small internal job plastering our bathroom, and for a large scale role on the external rendering of our house, modernising from pebbledash to smooth render.

John has been amazing every step of the way keeping us informed of developments but also with having a friendly chat at the end of each day. He kept us at ease through difficult weather periods and was always on time and ready to go.

We will 100% work with Bird Plastering again in the future for some other projects, and I would fully recommend John to anyone who needs plastering / render.

We found ourselves needing a skilled plasterer to repair a sagging ceiling, skim over some 1980's artex and repair around a ceiling mounted ventilator fan. We thought we were just hiring a plasterer but John proved to be so much more than that. His skilled eye and years of tradecraft delivered from first contact. We've already recommended John to friends and would happily recommend him to you. By the way it's not just plastering, John renders exteriors using various media. The guy has a host of other skills so why not give him a call. We're glad we did!

Turns up on time, sticks to the agreed price which is always reasonable and does an excellent job of cleaning up after himself. He really listens and he makes helpful suggestions. His work really is top notch. We are never ever disappointed, just impressed and very happy to recommend him.

John was extremely responsive. Arrived exactly when he said he would. His work was first class. He was friendly, helpful and extremely tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use him again should we need to.

Skimmed cathedral ceiling.

John came out the very same day to look at the job. He had a last minute cancellation and started the work immediately and called in extra help to get the job finished quickly for me. He did an impressive job of plastering a difficult surface and I would have no hesitation recommending him. I will go to him again if I have anymore plastering to be done. Thank you.
