The company responded and arrived promptly.  Everything was explained eg where, why and was I happy before cutting the pipe.  Before leaving he checked that my gas cooker and boiler were working as they should (which they were).  He was very tidy, polite and conscientious.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Luke and his team of tradesmen have delivered an outstanding service throughout our home renovation.  The expertise, work ethic and productivity provided by all of the team has been exceptional.  They’ve also been incredibly mindful of any impact on our family life and respectful to our property at all times.  Whether you’re considering having a new boiler fitted or a complete home renovation, I would most definitely recommend Luke.  He’s a legend!

I have been using boilers bathrooms and wet rooms for about 15 years - as a landlord, I need a company who are quick to respond, diagnose an issue correctly, and complete the job to a high standard with a competitively priced invoice - with BBW I get all of this.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering using their services (and I have passed Luke’s number to lots of other people I know).  They do everything from boiler call-outs to complete bathroom renovations - and I trust them with all my plumbing and heating requirements.  Thoroughly recommended.
