We can apply on your behalf, keeping you informed at all times. An application can take between 6-8 weeks for the local authority to make its decision. We must have been unlucky but the young men who came to cut our trees were rude ( they didn't answer when spoken to, left without saying they had finished, drove into the neighbour drive for convenience without asking etc...) but more importantly did a pretty drastic and not esthetic job. The tree have been butchered for life now and this Spring it does not look any better. We wrote to them to mention this. They never answered.

Will not use again

They trimmed a large holly tree in my garden a couple of years ago, and I have just had them back to give the holly another trim, which they have shaped beautifully.  They also gave my large apple tree a good prune.  All the branches were chipped into their trailer, leaving my garden nice and tidy.  The team were friendly, efficient and professional.
