The central heating was working on the top two floors of the house but the ground floor radiators were 'lukewarm'! Brian soon sorted it out so it is now working perfectly.

He returned a week later to install a new Franke mixer tap and did an excellent job.

I can thoroughly recommend Brian Hurst.

He sorts problems out.

We called Brian with regards of Fireplace issues.  He arrived on time, carried out tests and ensured everything is safe and works properly.

Easy friendly first impressions. Quotes £60 call out chg irrespective of work carried out or not. Within 5 minutes says it will cost £130.  No mention of hrly rate. Job was not big for a fully qualified person like him to take 2 hrs to sort. He drags it on with chitchat (penny dropped after he totalled his chgs). He added the £60 call out to the total bill. Total=(130 for 2 hours + 60 call out plus material = £350) No bill given, job not guaranteed. £350 to cut and replace a 10inch pipe under sink took him 2 hr to fix. Most expensive plumber ever!! No reply to my text before this review.

Extremely expensive, no bill, no guarantee, doesn't reply to subsequent messages.

Recommendation

Brian replaced our mains stopcock about a year ago and recently also replaced our kitchen tap. Both times he was quick to come over and give me a quote. The work was then carried out at the time we agreed and the quality of the work was good.

Would recommend

Quality, reliability and communication was everything that you would expect from good service.
