Communication was poor throughout, with emails and WhatsApp messages going unanswered.

Although their written quotation looked professional, the scope of works lacked sufficient detail. Several repair items that I had specifically requested were omitted, creating the potential for disputes during the works or upon completion.

Restore Brick were given several months' notice to plan for the project. However, around three weeks before the proposed start date, they stopped responding altogether and never informed me that they no longer intended to undertake the work.

Poor communication and incomplete quote - potential for disputes.

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant! Christos and Roberto repointed the brickwork for our house to an excellent standard. They organised the scaffolding which other workmen get you to do. I'm extremely happy and would recommend Brick Restore to anyone who is looking to smarten up their existing brickwork so it looks like new!

Absolutely fantastic - workmanship was of the highest quality and Christos went above and beyond, even cleaning marks off my windows caused by a previous untidy job.

Very pleased with them. All work done with the minimum of disruption to us, and the mid-terrace house looks fantastic now. Takes a long time but the results are worth it.

Excellent tradesmen; great results

Roberto contacted regarding the repointing of my end of terrace wall as he had a slot sooner than expected. Roberto booked the scaffolders for a good price and spent 2 weeks repointing the long wall. It was finished on time  as planned. Great professionalism , no fuss, cleaning of the area. Roberto is a gem (  as well as his business parter who was  away for this job). He is also so helpful  and full of recommendations. Second time i am using their company and cannot recommend enough!

Great work and highly professional

I am so glad to have found Christos & Roberto who so proud of their work! I am delighted by their work . They had to remove thick paint from the back wall ( bricks)  and repoint using lime.  Fantastic result! They are full of advice regarding damp issue with minimal cost in mind. They highly professional abd reliable. would highly recommend. They are back for more work next week!
