Bridges Electrical Solutions Ltd is a family owned business with family values and an understanding of the importance of a safe and secure family home.   Electricity within your home is taken for granted, but when things go wrong it’s important that you can call on a qualified and vetted professional to put things right again.   You may also want to improve your home with new and modern lighting arrangements, a new kitchen or bathroom, have power installed to outbuildings or have an old and dangerous fuse box replaced with a modern consumer unit with RCD protection.  I can also undertake full or partial rewires and other larger projects.   My name is Daren Bridges and I am a City and Guilds qualified and Stroma Certifed Domestic Electrician.   With a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering I worked for many years in the Government Commercial sector with companies such as the MOD, National Grid Company, East Midlands Electricity and Rolls Royce.   In 2016 I left the commercial sector to start Bridges Electrical Solutions Ltd with my wife Jackie, and we are both very proud to be able to offer Electrical Services for Domestic properties within Basingstoke and the surrounding towns and villages.   Our aim is to provide complete home electrical solutions whilst providing a professional and personal service at a competitive and affordable price.    All work is completed to the highest standard. Tested and certified to current Institute of Engineering and Technology Wiring Regulations and Part P Building Regulations.   All work is Certified under the Stroma Registered Competent Person Scheme.   Stroma Certification’s UKAS accredited Competent Person Scheme (CPS) allows installers from major UK trades to self-certify their installation work in line with the Building Regulations. Homeowners and customers have immediate confidence that all installation work undertaken is compliant. CPS Certification also saves you money by avoiding costly Building Control notification fees.   The Stroma Competent Person Scheme is DCLG approved and <a href="http://files.stroma.com/certification/product-certification-schedule-of-accreditation.pdf" target="_blank">accredited by UKAS</a> in line with ISO 17065:2012.

Daren arrived at arranged time,As usual a friendly and reliable approach to any electrical problem.Found fault and solved with minimal effect and fuss.Always explained what he was doing to achieve the correct results.  Departed promptly after a good tidy up.  Would not hesitate to use him again.

Lights fault finding

Daren was punctual, arriving at the agreed times.  He was friendly,honest and reliable and explained things in a clear manner.  Work was excellent and left everything clear and tidy.  I would definitely use him again and be happy to recommend to family and friends.
