Contact was clear and the appointment was kept on time, with a call half an hour before arrival.  No 'call out' charge.  Got on with the job and completed within half an hour.  Very happy.

Measuring service was invaluable as our measurements turned out to be completely wrong on some windows.  Really quick turn around for installation, love the blinds totally.  Nice touch was a call from the director of the business the week after to check all was ok

Excellent quality and value for money.  Would thoroughly recommend and will be ordering more blinds from them in the future.

Disappointing Service.  Avoid.  Agreed to pay deposit and balance following install.  They tried to change the agreement to pay 100% up front.  When challenged advised they would install and wait in the apartment until payment had been transferred leaving no choice but to pay to get them to leave.  Following inspection, found they did not install in accordance with British Standards and blinds were not safe.  When challenged by message and call they have ignored the request to remedy.  Also, ignoring requests to provide VAT Registration Number.
