Tom recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us, including removing the old bath and installing a walk-in shower, new vanity unit, and concealed cistern toilet.

From start to finish, he was reliable, approachable, and clearly knew what he was doing. The work was carried out to a high standard, and he was happy to talk things through and make adjustments where needed.

What stood out most was that he took care with the details and didn’t cut corners, particularly around the preparation and waterproofing, which was important to us.
