The coping stones were porous and leaking.
Craig prepared the area with primer and felted them to ensure the water ingress had stopped.

Roof vents help to reduce the build up of condensation caused when the cold air outside hits the warm air in your home.
We have seen installations triple for these this winter

We were called to find the source of water ingress on a property at Poole quay.
The pitch was shallow and rain was driving up and under the old tired felt.

Fantastic contact from start to finish. My garage roof was leaking badly, but the source of the problem was quickly identified and the roof has been refelted and the felt extended to stop further problems. Very very happy with the work done and I will sleep easy when it rains, instead of filling my garage with buckets and plastic trugs. All work done brilliantly and all rubbish taken away.  Great company who I will trust if I have any future roof problems.  Amelia has been particularly great throughout

I would highly recommend this company he was always on time and very friendly and polite he gave a quote and then let us know straight away when he could do the job.
He arrived on time and got on with our roof repairs even during he came down and showed my husband photos of the roof once the tiles were off which we thought was good
