C &amp; H Construction Services have been established for almost 10 years. Lee and Wayne have over 30 years experience between them in the building trade. They can undertake many aspects of building and maintenance. They are brothers in law who enjoy working as a team in this family run business. Lee Cummerson Lee is a builder and plasterer. He is able to build anything from brick walls to large double height house extensions. He is not only able to plaster to a high standard but can also render any surface, the whole of the outside of your house if you choose. Wayne Hallett Wayne is a fencer and window fitter by trade. He is able to build wooden cabins, out houses and sheds. He can construct beautifully decked areas or maybe just fit you a gate.  As a team there is not much Lee and Wayne can&#39;t do. They have fitted many kitchens, laid flooring, tiled bathrooms, fitted windows and doors and in their own homes they have built a gym and a summer house to name a few of their home improvements.  As the team grows we are also now able to offer, decorating.

Cladding they fitted to the front and back of our house was not level, which we noticed after the completion.  Lee and Wayne agreed and sent a colleague to correct the work, we were out at the time and on our arrival back home we could still see issues with the levels.  Lee and Wayne came back out to assess and agreed they also could still see issues.   They planned to order a blended filler from the cladding manufacturer to refit some of the planks.  We have tried to reach them by phone, text and email and have had no response.

This is third project we've done with Lee and Wayne as so happy with their work.  This one is total refit of our rental flat - New kitchen, bathroom, heating system, walls/ceilings skimmed and painted, New front door and repairs to windows.  They take everything away, keep us updated on progress, give ideas on things as we're going and discuss everything.  Flat looks transformed, absolutely brilliant job, even helped us source carpet for stairs and bedrooms!  Cannot recommend highly enough.

Renovation of rental property

So pleased with the work so far.  I have a huge list of stuff I want them to do as have just brought the house.  They turn up when they say they will.  The make a mess but do try to keep it to a minimum and have their own hoover to clear up.  They are very polite and friendly and have kept me informed with how things are going.

House renovation.  The work is still underway but so far they have taken down a wall in the house.  Put up a wall.  Taken all walls in the living room back to plaster including the fire place.  Fitted a new front door and a couple of windows.  They have started the plastering work.

Lee and Wayne are very professional and polite and and the result is a high quality level of building work.  They completed an extension to an existing front garden wall and did such a fantatic job that it matched exactly.  They then built from materials a new large garden fence to be added to the front wall.  Again the work was exceptional and quaility of the new fence brilliant.  They then finished by adding a new inside wall and double glazed door to the inside of an existing porch on House.  The end result was better then I ever imagined and I was so impressed.
