I have 35 years experience in Building/Brickwork . We pride ourselves in the work we do and we aim to provide the highest quality workmanship . We aim to fulfill the customers needs always . Our Brickwork in particular is what we pride ourselves in achieving the very highest standards and we take a lot of care with the pointing . We couldn’t recommend Cann Construction & Brickwork enough. The Father and Son team completed a large full house renovation from start to finish, including some complicated steel supports. They kept the site clean and tidy & were a pleasure to have around, communication was brilliant throughout the lengthy project

Andy and Darren were able to take on a job for me that covered multiple different building requirements. They gave great advice and recommendations and got on with the job in testing conditions. Their hard work has contributed to the renovations progressing well.

General building tasks for flat renovation

From the moment we met Andy we knew he understood the brief. All work was to compliment the original Victorian building. 
Andy was knowledgeable and professional, all stages from the ground up went smoothly and according to plan. The attention to detail is second to none, his positive and calm attitude was a pleasure to be around—especially when working in your home over a long period! The recommended trades he used were also of the same exceptional calibre

Rear, side extension and internal adaptation

Andy and his son Darren did a great job on our kitchen extension.  It wasn't an easy job to undertake with large steel beams and limited access but Andy and his hard working team were up to the task.  His workmanship is excellent but it is his brickwork quality that really stands out.  Its exceptionally neat and precise.  I highly recommend Andy

Couldn’t be happier with the extension.  Cann Construction were professional, helpful, polite, took pride in their work and always cleaned up.  If I had any more work done I would definitely use them again.  I can’t recommend them enough.

Extension

Andy and his hard working son, along with the professionals he brings on board to complete our extension did a brilliant job.  Our go to Painter Steve Wheelhouse, knew the Kitchen Cabinet maker who knew Andy.  It’s greater when professionals who only want do a great job tend to stick together.  David Scruby the electrician, Andy bought on board really impressed me.  We are chuffed with our Extension.  Completed as promised before last Christmas despite the challenging delivery issues caused by Covid.
