I contacted Carl after he was recommended by a customer I was fitting a kitchen for.  He came to my house and quoted a price I thought was very reasonable.  We agreed a start date and Carl contacted me a few days before to make sure everything was ok to go.  He came when arranged and basically got on with the job.
