It was our first time using him and from the moment he picked up the job he kept us informed as to when he could make it and at what time he would be available and he actually came slightly earlier than planned but he’d already told us he was on his way. We appreciated that every step we were kept informed.

Oh and the cost ! Well that was very competitive and was more than reasonable for the first class service
