Excellent workmanship, nothing too much trouble. Extra work required to replace some floor joists. New floorboards through long hallway look superb. No hesitation to recommend.

High quality and reliable workmanship

Carl and his son have just completed restoring our original floorboards across the hallway, living and dining room. They have done the most fantastic job, including resolving a few issues - from where we’d had new radiators put in and the plumber had created additional holes, replacing unsafe boards, as well as levelling out some very uneven surfaces.

They were both respectful of our home and left it incredibly tidy every day, they were professional proving expert advice and explaining each stage of the process. We are so happy with the results.

Fantastic restoration

Carl did an absolutely fantastic job on our house. He removed damaged screed, laid plywood, levelled the floor with latex, and fitted laminate with scotia. He worked tirelessly throughout, even when unexpected challenges came up. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he even called afterwards concerned he might’ve missed something (he hadn’t!). A true professional from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Thank you to Carl and Ryan.   They took up the a  tiled kitchen floor which was a tricky job and caused a few problems for them.  However, it was soon removed due to their knowledge on how to succeed with the situation.   Then they laid the engineered oak flooring which looks absolutely sensational.   
Their expertise showed every step of the way.  We were quoted 5 to 7 working days.  The job completed in 5 days,  brilliant! 
Always punctual and cleaned and tided up before they left. Excellent at communicating so we always knew what was happening. Would recommend. 2nd job by Carl.  A craftsman

New Engineered Oak Flooring

Carl and his son delivered an excellent service - the results are amazing and it is the best money we have spent in years!

All floors in bungalow 

Carl and his son Brian completed a complete replacement of the carpeting throughout our house, with wooden flooring. For us this was an extremely stressful time, with the whole house being turned over including having to relocate heavy furniture to gain access to the floor surface.
The job was completed in 9 consecutive working days. The guys arrived on time every day 9am and worked through until 4pm. They did an amazing job and because of the way they worked our stress levels during the transition were much lower. We were delighted with the result and would not hesitate to hire them again.
