We recently had 9 new windows and a patio door supplied and installed by Alex and Rob at Cartref Home Improvements Ltd. They provided an extremely professional service.  Communication was excellent. They were always punctual and showed respect for our property by cleaning as they progressed.
The quality of the product and installation was first class, with significant attention to detail. All in all, an exceptional service at a very competitive price. If we need additional work in the future, they will definitely be our tradesmen of choice and we highly recommend their service.



First Class Supply and Installation

I messaged this company regarding fitting a new front door. Rob came out to measure up and went through options with me. I was impressed with this company from the very first message. Nothing was too much trouble for them, polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t need a quote from anybody else, I knew this was the best company! Rob came back out to double check measurements before ordering our door. Rob did a great job and we love our new door. Lovely family business.

The fitter was very professional and took pride in his work, his standards were extremely high and we had an excellent quality job. I would recommend cartref to anyone thinking of having new windows and doors they will not be disappointed
