After - new threshold fitted and door cut to size and re-hung

Temporary sealer used to protect the riven surface of the tile during the grouting process 

All cement boards fixed and ready for new porcelain tiles

All old laminate flooring removed and 12mm cement boards fixed to strengthen floor
