Central Roof Care

We had rain coming through the bedroom ceiling and contacted this company through check a trade.
They fixed the roof and charged us £2500 for the job which took an hour. We were given an invoice with a ten year guarantee attached. Roof is leaking again and we cannot get in touch with the company. We thought using check a trade would prevent us being ripped off but we were wrong. We are both pensioners and that was all our savings gone. I see they are no longer verified on the site but they were when we contacted them. Don't know what to do now.

Cowboys

Asked for a replacement downpipe and a repair or replacement to a gutter along roof. Quoted and paid £300. The downpipe was not replaced. Instead a piece of plastic was used to repair it. It doesn’t look good but it at least seems to have fixed the leak. However the gutter was not fixed. Instead of replacing the gutter or carrying out a proper repair, a new clip was added. When this didn’t work, an old piece of white board was added behind the black gutter. It’s unsightly. Gutter still leaks. No response to subsequent messages. Rip off. I’d guess the parts cost about £15 max. Job not completed

Repair / replace gutter and downpipe

Excellent work from the lads, came and inspected, quoted and completed same day. Very pleased with the work and the price, would recommend and use again!

Work carried out in a timely manner and to a very good standard. Advised on additional issues and was able to resolve at the same time. Very happy.

Repaired fascia board and repointing

Both Vinnie and Jake were professional, yet down to earth. They knew exactly where the problems were in the guttering and promptly resolved the issues. 
Would highly recommend and will also be using them in the future to carry out extra work
