Customer had lost their keys so wanted new locks.

Fitted an upgrade as this one had failed.

Lasted a good few years but time to go.

New model fitted as the very old one had failed.

Customer requested two different coloured handles to match both sides of the door.

Previous handle had snapped off and couldn’t be fixed.

Owner thought an unauthorised person had a key to her house. So requested a new lock.
