CHG replaced a condensate elbow on my boiler, the parts used were non genuine parts, the genuine parts are rubber but the workman used a plastic elbow and that's corroded and cracked at the join and beginning to leak, it's also solvent welded i believe meaning i can't simply replace it with the genuine rubber one that i have on order.

Ricky was very reliable when fitting our new bathroom. He was very knowledgable with what goes well together & helped us design our dream bathroom. Ricky was efficient, tidy, & definitely knew his stuff. 100% recommend!

We had a burst pipe - Ricky helped us shut off the water and replace the broken fitting. Service was quick, reasonably-priced and to a very high standard. Highly recommend!
