Due to Conservation Area problems original siting was changed from front of house to rear.  When scaffolders arrived they were unaware of the new position that had been agreed with the company.  Solar panel fitters had he same problem.  However, once this was sorted out everything went smoothly.  We are delighted with the results especially as we are getting fairly good results even though it is only just past winter solstice.  Roll on the equinox!

The workers involved were punctual and worked efficiently making sure at the end of the installation I was familiar with the technology involved.

I have to say the work completed by the subcontractors ( scaffolders, electrician and fitter) was excellent.  However I asked for the £13697 invoice to be itemised in order to see the detail of what I am paying for.  I asked for this information several time over a protracted period.  In the maen time although I had paid up front in full I was asked for more money on two occasions and was also sent another customers invoice.  Taken from a phone call them ,this is the answer I got from the manager.  "Difficult to breakdown individual costs of solar system, obviously we got a lot of stuff we..

Fitted solar system

We made a good start with Mike Jones as salesman who was helpful and well informed without being pushy.  Work was carried out efficiently by Jamie and Geoff - We were consulted about cosmetic features as well as explanation of more complex issues.  We were able to keep a good relationship with them as they worked on the property.  Our only disappointment was with the attitude of some members of the office staff who at times appeared be brusk and failed to be helpful over timing.  Otherwise all very positive!

Really professional job completed, not only did they do the job but whilst on the roof identified some additional issues, these where sorted and put right with no extra cost, the area was left clean and tidy on completion.
