Hello all, we are a newly established roofing company based in the Vale of Glamorgan area. I also cover to Newport East and to Swansea West.  I have 20 years of pitched roofing experience. My main aim on this journey I have taken is to give our customers the best possible workmanship. I am aware that our customers are my main priority and will always come first. When I complete a job payment must be paid in full on the day no excuses. I have scaffolders, rubbish men and materials to pay for out of my own pocket before I get the money off the client so would really be appreciated to have payment on completion.  We prefer our clients to contact a scaffolding company themselves, perhaps they know someone and could maybe get it a little cheaper (win win). We feel this gives the client the freedom to work around their schedule and gives them some reassurance that there are no hidden charges.  I know this description is probably long winded and you&#39;ve probably fallen asleep, but hope you take the time to read and hope to hear from you soon.   We understand that we are not the only roofing company around, and we like to think of ourselves as helpful and offer our services far and wide at our own expense when it comes to giving quotes. Great experience with this company. They did a fantastic job repointing and releading my side of the shared chimney. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, showing me before and after photos of the work. Very happy with the result. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent and professional service - highly recommend!

Called Chris concerned about a leak in my roof I wanted looking at urgently- he went out of his way to come as soon as he was able and was able to repair the issue on the spot. Absolutely top bloke, very professional and friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and will certainly call him with any further work I need doing.

Chris and his team were great. His communication skills are fab and he makes sure you are kept well informed and doesn’t hold back on asking on key decisions. Quality of work was excellent and left the house neat and tidy. Will deffo use again if I have any more jobs.

I recently had my roof ridge replaced by City Roofing of Barry, South Wales, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, Chris and his team were professional, reliable, and clearly very experienced in their work.
The job was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. They left the site clean and tidy each day, which I really appreciated and shows their respect for customers’ homes.
On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of workmanship delivered. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.
