Came on time and cleaned chimney took around an hour.  Ed then said he would come back in two weeks and replace some parts.  Sent email after three weeks and a week later no response?

City Sweeps did a very thorough and professional job....there was no mess involved, which I was very pleased about.  The log burner looked like new by the time they'd finished, and I was given lots of very helpful advice about the correct way to light it as I'd never used one before.  I'm very happy with the service they provided, and would be happy to recommend them to anybody.
I'll definitely be booking them again!
