CK kept to their price, were puctual and, weather permitting, bang on schedule.  They didn't just paint over the old but prepped, repaired and replaced woodwork when necessary.  Thoroughly proffessional and excellent results for the whole High Street to see.

Whole house redecoration

After being pleased with the quality of CK Decor’s work on the inside of our house we asked them to paint the outside brickwork and pebble dash.  They organised the scaffolders and did a great job whilst dodging rain showers!  They have been very flexible and we are very pleased with the end result.

Exterior painted

I phoned to arrange an appointment for some decorating to be done and they failed to turn up because supposedly they had acquired, not one, but two punctures!  One of their workmen had left screws on the driveway.  (I thought that was very unprofessional).  While these things do happen, it would have been nice to have let me know they couldn't make it.  There was no apology and no attempt to arrange another appointment until prompted by me by another call.  To be honest, there was no eloquence or customer service at all.  I can't imagine how these people keep getting 10s!

Courtesy costs nothing!

Christine saved the day when she walked into our playroom and made it look amazing.  I had started stripping the wall paper but some 8 layers later, I needed help!  Christine is a perfectionist and very trustworthy.  She gave sound advice and helped make sure we made the right choices in terms of paint and finish.  She was also able to open her little black book and recommend the best plumber, electrician, flooring person and carpenter.  She has years of experience and it shows in all that she does.  I would have absolutely no problem in recommending Christine.

We have used Christine to redecorate our whole house and are very happy.  She uses good quality products and her work is of a high standard, will always go above and beyond to achieve outstanding results.  Always cheerful, it’s a pleasure to have her in the house.
