We stepped in after a previous company had let this lady down on her patio area CLS saved the day

A huge undertaking to remove the old shed and clear the ground slabs then laid flower borders made and artificial grass installed

Old Driveway consisted of lose slabs and small garden area to front of property area removed and slabs removed to Create a more modern drive

Complete garden re design the customers gadren was in a unusable state as the garden has a dramatic fall it has now been sectioned into 3 tiers

Charlie and his team done an excellent job and I was very happy with the standard of work. Charlie is very friendly and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for future work. Would highly recommend him.

Garden returning and removal of weeds

Charlie and his team were fantastic . From start to finish they were super professional and approachable. Top work at a reasonably price . 

Side note - he was the only person who came and quoted in person . Which I liked .

Path and planter installation

He helped install flood resistance measures in my garden and fix a small issue with my roof. Both jobs done to a fantastic standard, not cutting any corners and helped to keep the neighbours happy when their help was needed.

Installed flood resistance mesaures, definitely recommend.

CLS came out prior to complete an evaluation and quotation of the work to be carried out. Charlie gave us detailed expectations along with prices within our budget. He kept us informed every step of the process and completed the job to a high standard we were over the moon. 
Charlie was reliable and would highly recommend.

Roof repairs

Charlie cleared out our garden, leveled it and installed paving slabs. We asked him to remove the rendering on our garden wall, which revealed that it was at danger of falling over. Charlie then rebuilt the wall for us to a high standard. His flexibility and communication were excellent, and he completed the work on-time.

Garden paving and brick wall replacement

Ultimately very happy with the work Charlie and the guys carried out, the quality of the work is excellent and they left the area spotless. Took quite a while to get the work done from the initial quote and agreement, but thankfully we weren't pressed for time. Overall very happy and would use again.
