Welcome to CLS Painting Decorating and Home Improvements. My name is Collin Staines and I specialise in internal / external painting and decorating. I work hard to uphold a business you and rely on and trust. I have many years experience behind me and have painted / decorated peoples&#39;s homes, businesses and care homes. I am based in Hockley and enjoy working in this area and up to 40 miles from it. I generally work on my own but have a close group of other trusted trades people that I can call upon if the project requires additional man power or other trades. I am also lucky enough to have a talented wife who sometimes works with me , this way my over heads are kept small and I can keep my prices down.Our customers are very important to us and therefore we work closely with them from the initial thoughts / concepts to guidance on the best suitable and quality products to use, right through to the finished project.We respect your property and therefore work hard to do the best possible job and that includes taking great care of your property. We use &quot;Mirka&quot; dust free sanding equipment so that you can come back to a clean and tidy home.We offer free no obligation quotes which are clear and straight forward. We are happy to look at small projects such as repainting a few doors to renovating a whole house so why not give us a call.

Applied 2 coats of "Misty Mirror" solvent based paint to match colour of the walls. Installed door furniture.

The plaster was damaged by damp and mould, had too re-plaster some areas.

Very dirty walls so used trade quality paints that cover so much better.

During the summer months this conservatory was too hot to use.

I measured and designed the size and shape of each sail blind.

Collin did an amazing job on my 100 year old door, and all the surrounding woodwork, including filling several areas where wood was rotting.
