Walls & cills: 2 coats weathershield. Guttering: 2 coats metalshield. Soffits & Fascias: 2 coats woodstain.

I made sure that all areas were fully cleaned, prepped, filled and sanded prior to painting.

The crack in the bay window seat was made good, then filled with 2 part wood filler. Once dried, it was sanded ready for painting.

All woodwork was fully prepped and sanded prior to painting. Dulux undercoat and gloss.

2nd bedroom.

The same process throughout the house also applies to the 2nd bedroom.

Stairway ceiling.

Following a lot of sanding, filling and stain block application. A first coat of vinyl matt was applied.

More filler was applied, then sanded before a second coat of vinyl matt.

3 coats of vinyl matt (walls and ceiling). Wood work (Dulux undercoat and gloss after prep).

Some lining paper had to be removed from one of the walls. Then filled, sanded, stainblocked followed by 3 coats of nutmeg white vinyl matt.

Downstairs living room wall. Lining paper removed.

The final result. The wood panelling was prepped, filled and sanded, followed by 2 coats of vinyl matt at the customers request.

Downstairs living room. Fully prepped, followed by 2 coats of vinyl matt on the walls and ceiling. Nutmeg white vinyl matt used on most of the wall area except the wood panelling.

Wallpapering.

Woodwork, walls & ceiling fully prepped & painted. 

Kitchenette re-dec.

Paint used for ceiling (zinsser stain block for damp affected areas, 2 coats of white vinyl matt).

The customer had also requesting for the woodwork to be painted white. All of which was sanded, treated with knotting solution and primed before the finishing coats were applied.
