My name is Wayne Richards, and I am the owner/director of Complete Construction Northwest Limited a joiner by trade but degree qualified. We started trading in 2018 but previously operated as a sole trader. Myself and my team are all fully qualified joiners and builders. We finish our projects to highest possible standard and we pride ourselves on excellence. Complete construction replied to a job I posted on Checkatrade in May 26.  Wayne got in contact with me and quickly sent Royston around to assess the job.  The job was the completion of an outside kitchen/BBQ area.  Royston immediately had excellent ideas including using a number of materials I already had to keep costs down.  He started within a week.  He was thorough, excellent communication, knowledgeable and I am thoroughly delighted with the outcome and the cost.  Quick, efficient, professional and skill.  Couldn't be more delighted with the outcome.  Happy to recommend.  Thank you!

Excellent Work undertaken

Wayne quoted us a job for be completed for our house (bifold doors, uplift of kitchen, new internal doors, new floor), we was happy with the price so when ahead. It started well but after 2 weeks it went down hill, it was rushed, things were done but in the process broken. Communication was appalling, Wayne's team were very nice, however wayne has left us with leaking bifold doors, ill fitted kitchen door, leaking kitchen taps. Communication made on multiple occasions to rectify and he does not respond.

Royston was punctual in attending to provide a quote. Given the mo or nature of the work required, he attended to it immediately and completed it satisfactorily.

Repair to flat roof

Wayne and his team have taken a garage used as a dumping area for rubbish and turned it into a beautiful airy living room. They took care of everything from planning, liasing with building control through to completion all to a very high standard. Wayne was always available to listen to my questions and offer sound advise. The team in 2 weeks have tranformed half our home. The only problem is the other half now needs doing. It won't be long before we'll be asking them to return to sprinkle their magic on the other half. Thanks to Wayne and his wonderful team x

Garage conversion 

Work commenced exactly as planned and was undertaken with a great deal of attention to detail.  The roof layout was non- standard and required the abilities of an experienced roofing team to complete the work to a high standard.

Replacement of large tiled bungalow roof

absolutely over the moon with the work carried out. Every step of the job was carried out with professionalism. They were clean, tidy and worked so hard to get the job finished with the least disruption. They will now be our go to contractors for any job.
