We hired Concept to convert our garage into a single-storey extension with an open-plan kitchen/living area, an additional room, and a downstairs bathroom. Brian and his team were professional, reliable, and highly skilled throughout the entire project. They managed everything from foundations and brickwork to plumbing, electrics, kitchen and bathroom installation, and finishing, all to a very high standard. The build ran smoothly, and the quality of workmanship is excellent. We are extremely pleased with the results and would happily recommend Brian and the Concept team to anyone.

Garage Conversion & Refurbishment

2nd time we have used Concept Infrastructure Limited and Bryan and the team were great again.  They worked with us to minimise the impact of the works as we co.pleted our 2 storey wrap around extension.

Changes were made during the build which they accommodated and suggested Improvments throughout.

Will be using again as we continue to create our perfect family home.

Bryan has been fantastic to work with along with his team. They have been very easy to communicate with and all the work has been done to a really high level (despite us having a few change of minds along the way!) We look forward to using them again for sure!

Bryan and his team have just finished our project, 3 small rooms and an old conservatory turned into an extension to create one open plan space as well as the rear of a garage converted to a utility & shower room. They were brilliant & I would highly recommend them.

Extension and internal conversion 

The project was to remove a conservatory and build a larger extension in its place. 
The whole project was stress free as Bryan and his team managed it all from start to finish, so there was no need for us to organise all different tradesmen. 
The guys worked tirelessly each day and were the tidiest tradesman we have experienced. 
We are over the moon with the end result, the extension and new kitchen layout is perfect, more perfect than we could have imagined. 
The team are highly recommended and we look forward to working with them on our next project. 

Remove Conservatory. Build Extension.

We are 4 weeks into a 13 week project involving removal of a conservatory and addition of a single story extension, 3 rooms knocked through to one open plan kitchen/dining/snug and a part garage conversion to a utility/shower space. Yes its the messy and noisy stage and a bit scary if you have never done this before! Bryan also sorted the compliance stuff.
So far its been exactly what Bryan said it would be, he or his men turn up when they say they will, do a proper days work and keep it as tidy as possible with a courteous approach, as well as making a fuss of the dog!
so far so good...
