Our guarantees are at a period of 10 and 20 years. Lee was friendly and informative during the free quoting visit and there was no pressure or up-selling, just knowledge and recommendations. I instructed the majority of those, and Corder were punctual with good communication. They protected surfaces and cleaned at the end of each day, very tidy . The end result looks brilliant

Would definitely recommend

I am very pleased with the work that Lee Dan and Shaun have done in my lounge. I now have a transformed room - newly dampproofed and plastered walls with insulated walls around my bay window. I had to have my fireplace wall dampproofed and the inset realigned and plastered and it looks great!
Communication has been excellent - work done to a high standard and these guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definately recommend them and they only suggest what work is necessary .

Damproofing and redecoration

We have used Corder twice now for damp proofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They do a great job, arrive on time and carry out the work with as little mess as possible. Friendly and reliable, Lee, Dan and the team really are brilliant.

Needed some damp investigation. Lee was very efficient in answering my questions and delivering a service to remedy the problem. They were very punctual and tidy when carrying out the repairs.  I would definitely use them again.
