We replaced a poorly done flat roof and hanging mansard tiles to roof extension

The job was originally very poorly done and was letting a lot of rain and damp

All the original wood was badly water stained because the fibreglass was installed properly

GRP roof upon lifting the old wood we discovered that rafters and supporting beams were not adequate

 We supplied and fitted a new  18 mil OSB board with resin and fibreglass 

 We supplied and fitted all the necessary trims around the perimeter of the roof 

 The original pipe was exposed to water leakage so we apply the adequate amount of fibreglass around the pipe to prevent further water ingress 

once the resin was successfully applied throughout the whole roof within ready to apply the graphite grey paint

Quality service

We had a leaking roof and Franc was first to quote. Since the leak was fairly bad - we went with him and cancelled other quotes.
He made a (free) temporary fix and returned 2 days later - but rain in between proved that wasn't the location of the leak (even though it did need fixing).
The real problem was found quickly and the quote adjusted.
Two of his guys did the work for us, but Franc visited many times to check what they were doing. He will tell you that he's a perfectionist - that's an understatement, which is a very good thing as a customer.
Would definitely use them again.

Our roof started leaking and Frank responded to my quote request incredibly fast. He came out the same day to do an inspection and quote. Our roof tiles are old and no longer made but Frank was able to find some for us.

A very good experience from quote to completion. Frank attended the same day I requested a quote, accessed the roof, and clearly showed what the issues were and where they were, supported by photos and videos. On the day of the works, he turned up on time, provided plenty of photos and videos, and demonstrated a high level of confidence in his workmanship.

Franc and his team did a great at replacing my roof. The job was completely efficiently and to a high standard. Franc’s communication was good throughout and his team were polite and hardworking. All the rubbish was removed. I would thoroughly recommend Franc and his team.
