We engaged Shaun and CPS to take care of our leaky roof. It's a weird building and made for a fiddly piece of work. Shaun did a job of identifying the issues, coming up a with a quote we could afford, and carrying out the repairs quickly and capably in nasty autumnal weather.  

Throughout the whole process he and his team were professional, polite, and attentive with really good communication and a fair, accomodating approach. Really recommend them.

Great roofers, great service

Shaun and his team have been nothing but quick, polite, knowledgeable and honest. Turns out a small job ended up being a much bigger job taking way more time and materials than ever expected. 

Quoted for dropped verges but they had completely rotted away and my felt was nonexistent. So had the whole lot done and rebuilt.

This was no problem for them once the scaffolding was up they came straight back and worked flat out to get the job done.

Bigger job than expected 

A small repair to a part of a mundic wall gable ended up being a full rebuild of two sides of our semi-detached house. We were fully supported by Shaun's professional knowledge, advice and reassurance. He even visited us at weekends to check that the scaffolding and tarpaulins were holding up in strong winds. We always knew what was happening and we were never left worrying or wondering. A truly professional job was done by this family based company. We were delighted with all aspects of the service we received. We would not hesitate to recommend Shaun and his friendly and hard-working team.

Fibre glass roof

Shaun Crocker and his men carried out the work quickly and efficiently, all mess was removed from site.  He explained everything that he was doing as he went along.  No problems.  We would recommend him.

New felt and battens and replacing existing roof tiles

Shaun came over to do an estimate, approved and started work, Shaun contacted me and came over a couple of problems but he was very professional and honest went through all extra work needed,he sent through a revised quote, now all work has been completed and sorted, would recommend CPS Roofing and Shaun and crew very good
