After closer inspection, we realised that the contractor had cut the vinyl short in several places, had tried to fill it in with oak coloured sealant (and got that all over the skirting boards). They also left a gap in the plywood flooring they were asked to lay under the vinyl so that after time there's a good chance the vinyl on top would tear. 
The boxing in was cut unevenly in several areas and not really to the standard expected from someone better than a DIY-er. 
When we complained, they ordered replacement vinyl and arranged for someone else to fit it.

CPT have done an excellent job in my home. I had several jobs that needed doing such as fitting new internal doors, kitchen wall units, shelves, coat hooks and a large mirror plus a custom made platform for my WAV ready for when I get my new assistance dog so the dog had a large level space in front of my wheelchair.
CPT came highly recommended to me by a friend which was important because as a disabled person we can get ripped off but with CPT I had no issues at all. CPT are trustworthy, reliable, tidy, have great communication & are excellent value for money.

The work was completed to a very good standard and our bathroom looks lovely.

Connor sourced the door for us, for a  reasonable price. Fitting was good and done within a short time. No issues, works well.

Connor was great , worked non stop and did a great job and even brought his own hoover to leave the place tidy. Definitely will use again
