Karl came out the same day we contacted him and identified the problem straight away.  Although it was quite a serious issue, he was able to fix it and service the boiler.  He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We will definitely be using him again and would strongly recommend.

Worcester boiler repair

Had to get Karl out numerous times as my dad's heating and hot water kept going off. Karl has been out and said he's fixed it but then a few days later the boiler wouldn't be working again. On 2 occasions he said there were different parts required which cost my vulnerable dad 100's of pounds and yet again the heating and hot water has gone off. Karl said it's a fault on the pre paid meter? So we don't understand why he charged my dad 100's of pounds in the first place? I messaged Karl to let him know it's gone off again but he read the message and didn't reply.

Heating/hot water kept going off

This company is very reliable and  come out when he said he would come out.the engineer was  very knowlegable and experienced, he  knew what the fault was from what i told him Would recommend him 110%

Carl came to fix my boiler it needed a part and he went out of his way to get it .he showed me what he needed to do and explainedhow to use the boiler which was a help to me didn’t understand this particular one .he was very pleasant and came on the time that we agreed I would definitely recommend him. Thank you very much Carl for being so kind and helpful

Very reliable would use again

I have used Crowley heating solutions for the last couple of years for the annual service of my central heating. Karl is always professional , turns up on the day and time arranged. And offers helpful advice.This was the reason  I asked him to install a Hive thermostat .
