Since my heating system was installed a couple of years ago by incompetents, it's never worked properly and has been emitting a terrible noise. Mike at Custom Heating and Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend in the village and I'm glad he was. He was easy to talk with on the phone, turned up when he said he would and exuded a level of care and professionalism I had given up on seeing again from a tradesperson. As well as servicing my outside, oil fired boiler, he diagnosed my long standing noise problem in minutes. He and his apprentice were polite and tidy and I would recommend them.

Luke and Marco once again delivered an outstanding service. They quickly diagnosed and resolved two separate issues with our boiler. As always, their customer service and communication were excellent, keeping us fully informed throughout.
One issue was fixed immediately, as they had already identified the required parts during a call and brought them with them. The more complex problem was resolved just two days later once the ordered parts had arrived. They are always flexible and accommodating of our specific needs, and we cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough.

Luke and his Team gave a very reasonable quote; arranged a day that suited us; arrived when they said they would; were polite and friendly; completed the work to a high standard; cleared away any mess and offered to answer any queries that may arise after the work.  I would highy recommend them to anyone.
