The gas engineer turned up on time and accomplished all the repair work in about 4 hours to my complete satisfaction.  Cost was reasonable and certainly cheaper than getting a new boiler.  I have asked this firm to quote some more work in my house--sash window replacements, painting and installation of new bath.

I've used Building and Handyman several years for various projects: flat renovation, flooring, carpentry work, internal/external painting, electrical, plumbing, boiler issues, installing washing machine and any handyman bits and pieces of repair and fixing work.  A great team; always professional, pleasant, quick to respond and get the work completed.  Fairly good average price too.  Highly recommend, after 6 years of using them.
