Aaron called me as soon as my job was posted and was very friendly, giving lots of information about the company and their services. He came out and did a free damp survey, during which he explained everything and possible solutions. After thoroughly assessing my property he gave a quote and left me to consider it for 24 hours. After accepting the job, he was booked in promptly (in under a week). He turned up on time, gave plenty of explanation during every stage of the work and even let my little son help! 10/10 job!

Highly recommend him. He came promptly to assess moisture in our flooring caused by a cloakroom leak. Using his equipment, he quickly identified the source and also checked other areas we hadn’t noticed. He suggested effective solutions at different price points to dry the floor and prevent future damp issues. I would definitely hire him again.
