Highly recommend this company! I recently used Damptec (Midlands) Ltd for damp inspection and treatment and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was quick to respond and arranged a survey promptly. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand.
The work was carried out on time, and the team on-site were professional, tidy, and very respectful of my home. They made sure to keep disruption to a minimum and left everything clean once the job was completed.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service!

Amazing work carried out!

I had a major damp problem in my small bedroom. Ray attended, diagnosed the problem, sent me a quote and booked the job in. The men arrived on schedule, worked extremely hard, were polite and friendly and left after doing a really good job. They removed all the rubble etc and cleaned up really well afterwards. I would have no hesitation in using Damptec again.

Highly recommend Damptec. From the initial survey to the completed work, the whole experience was excellent.
Ray carried out the survey and oversaw the job throughout. He was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly,
which gave me real confidence in the work being done.
Ram and Ed were outstanding, professional and extremely hardworking. The quality of the work was excellent and they left everything clean and tidy each day.
A genuinely professional team and a company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Damptec Simply the best!

Ray came out to survey the damp issue.  We immediately felt very comfortable with him as person and as an expert in his field. 
We can not praise the standard of work highly enough. Having recently decorated we were worried about having to completely decorate again. There was no need to worry, the standard of workmanship was such, that remaining wallpaper on walls and celling were untouched on completion of the damproofing, boarding and skimming. Lovely lads Ram & Eddy who did the work were neat and efficient. Highly recommend Damptec.

Excellent company

From quote to completion this company were amazing. I felt comfortable dealing with them as a lone female. They were honest and listened to any concerns I had. Raymond was approachable and his team led by Ram were respectful, knowledgeable, clean and diligent in their approach to the job.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Approachable knowledgeable and fairly priced.

We had an excellent experience with Damptec. Raymond was immensely helpful, informative and forthcoming throughout the process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why, and allaying our concerns. Their work was thorough and prompt and they left the house in fine condition, particularly considering the upheaval it entailed.
