I would not recommend this company. 
We agreed the job in advance with photos, a price, date and time, but they arrived over an hour late with poor communication and said they didn’t have the right tools. They tipped out waste from a previous job onto our shared driveway and spent 30 minutes shredding it, filling my home, car and neighbours’ vehicles with dust on a hot day when windows were open. This caused upset and I’ve had to pay for cars to be cleaned. Overall, very unprofessional, poorly prepared and inconsiderate.

Inconsiderate, unprepared and unprofessional.

I needed 2 conifers cutting down and an apple tree crowning, he fit me in very quickly and the price was very reasonable considering I don’t have side access. Left as tidy as can be and everyone who worked on the trees were very pleasant and friendly.. I would recommend to anyone who needs work on their trees

Engaged Darren's team based on their hard earned reputation. Arrived on schedule, executed work under time and other external difficulties in a professional, customer focused and pleasant manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use their services again.

Within a few hours Darren had been in touch and arranged to come and give me a quote the next day.  The quote was reasonable and we agreed on a time for the work.  Darren arrived with his team exactly when he said he would and was very courteous and clean in his approach - despite it being very messy work!  Darren was eager to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the heights of the cuts to the trees before any permanent changes were made.  I am very happy with the service provided and will be saving Darren's number for any future work we need.
