Project to remove large sunken concrete patio area (appx 100 m2), build up and re-landscape to our design  (including paving, retaining sleepers, beds and pergola) and also remove & replace lean to.  Gary visited twice to discuss project,  made helpful design suggestions and provided detailed quotation.  Very happy with the work done and the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.  Price came in as per quotation albeit with changes agreed during project duration.  Very happy to recommend.

Garden landscaping & lean-to rebuild

Had a great experience with David Rutland & Co from start to finish. The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. The driveway looks fantastic and has completely transformed the front of the house. Really happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

Driveway

This is the second time I have personally used Rutland and Co and they have been excellent. Very transparent with the pricing options and the works were undertaken on time, on budget and to an excellent standard. I will be using them in the future!

We asked for a brick path in the garden to replace the existing lawn, with uneven curves on either side, that widened into a seating area before it reached the back fence. The garden is also, awkwardly, only accessible through the house. David Rutland were happy to take on the job. Communication was very smooth, the quote was clear and competitively priced. The work was carried out on time, neatly, and with patience when moving materials through the house. And the guys doing the work were great. A year later, it's still looking as good as new. I highly recommend them!

Nice bunch of lads , quality work , very flexible around my changing requirements (!) , price agreed and no changes to the financial plan - I’m very fussy but delighted with the results
