The engineer was in touch as soon as i put the job up and quoted me reasonably for the callout. He was able to attend the same day and his work was excellent - repaired the machine and ironed out any other issues too. stayed to ensure the leak was fixed and cleaned up too.

Everything I needed

The tradesman attended.  He was a polite a friendly man.  He got on with investigating the issue.  He spent time doing that.  Once he realise the issue he got on with fixing the problem.  He completed the job satisfactorily.  We were very happy that we did not have to claim for food waste as a result of the freezer failing completely
