We had a leak between the YW stopcock and our internal stopcock. Contacted Ian, he came around the next day and provided a written quote the following day. He turned up early on the arranged day, found the leak in very difficult ground. Repaired the pipe, pressure tested it and back filled and took care replacing the block paved drive. Ian was very easy to talk with, he explained what he was doing and why. From quote to invoice, he was very efficient and communicated  extremely well throughout.

Ian was great and I’d definitely use him again. I arranged for him to search for a leak somewhere on my elderly father’s farm. Because I wasn’t able to be on site he arranged to send me updates and was quickly able to find the leak and fix it. Not only that he came back to ensure it was fully fixed and found another more minor leak, and fixed that. I have 100% trust in him and would recommend him to anyone else - I’d definitely use him again.

Repair down water pipe

We were very pleased with the work done by Ian and his son when they installed a new water pipe up our drive,  The moling was done very efficiently and Ian was very good at liaising and co-ordinating with our workmen who were installing a downstairs toilet for us, and keeping us informed before, during and after the work was done.

100 year old lead pipe replaced efficiently

After discovering we had a supply pipe leak, we contacted Ian who arrived the next day and talked through various scenarios and the associated costs. There was a bit of confusion over whether YW were going to deal with the leak, so part way through the job I had to just pay Ian for what he’d done as YW were taking over. He took it in good spirit and then when YW didn’t in fact complete the work, he came back with no issue. Professional, polite and a tidy worker.
