The job was arranged over the phone and Carl explained what work would be carries out.  Photos were sent to show the completed work.  All in all very satisfied with the service provided.

Dave responded within 30mins of placing the job. I arranged for him to come the same day after 2pm. He arrived just before 2pm. He was very efficient, respectful & friendly. The job was completed within 20mins. Dave explained about leaving the windows closed for the rest of the day as the wasps would be aggravated & should be gone in 24hours. Which they were.
